To submit documents, select My documents under Manage benefits on the account homepage or Submit documents from the quick link. The My documents page displays, from here the applicant or member can review options for submitting needed and suggested documents. If the applicant or member needs to submit documents requested by the agency the documents are listed in the Needed section of the page along with the date the documents are due or if they are overdue.

The Suggested section of the page allows the applicant or member to view a list of the suggested documents to upload.

If the applicant or member would like a PDF summary that lists all types and acceptable documents:
The View submitted documents link on the My documents page allows the applicant or member to view the documents they have uploaded.

If the applicant or member has more than one application, only the [Case/Tracking] number drop-down shows by default. Once a case or tracking number is selected the associated proof type cards appear for that case or tracking number.
If the applicant or member only has one application, the [Case/Tracking] number drop-down menu does not display.
Depending on their application, the applicant or member may not have to upload any documents. To see examples of documents, select Examples of documents. This navigates the applicant or member to the Examples of documents for _____ page which provides examples of the required documents for that individual.

While uploading to ACCESS is the recommended way for applicants and members to submit documents, it is not the only method. They can submit documents by fax, mail, or dropping the documents off at their agency.
