The Second Party "Search” criteria allows the user to search for a case or cases previously selected from the monthly run sample "Selected Cases” list. Search may be narrowed down by making entry into one field, a combination of fields, or all of the fields to find a case or cases:
Entering the CARES case number and clicking on the "Search” button will bring up the specific case you have previously selected for review.
Your agency name is displayed in this field. Clicking on the "Search” button with your agency name will bring up the whole sample list of cases you’ve previously selected for your agency.
Currently, there are two choices in the drop down box that you can select to narrow down your search:
Complete = Select Complete in the drop down box with any other search criteria will display cases that are completed.
In Progress = Select In Progress from the drop down box with any other search criteria will display cases currently in the "In Progress” status.
Enter the MM/YYYY for the month the random sample was run. The cases selected from that sample month run will display.
Enter the name of the person who reviewed the sample case or the sample case is assigned to. The sample case or cases assigned to this reviewer will display.
