ACCESS connects people in Wisconsin with the help they need when they need it.
People can use the ACCESS website to apply for health care programs, food help, and many other benefits programs with one application. Once enrolled, members can use the ACCESS website for these functions and more:

People may experience problems if they use Internet Explorer, Safari, or older versions of Microsoft Edge.
| Note | To avoid errors when using the ACCESS website, people should use the Next, Back, or Save and Exit buttons in ACCESS to move from page to page instead of using the forward, back, or stop buttons on their browser. |
