36.5.1 Member Loses Eligibility
36.5.2 WWWMA InterAgency Case Transfers
WWWMA members are required to report changes that would affect eligibility. Reported changes that result in the WWWMA case closing are:
Reaching the age of 65 years,
Moving out of state,
Reporting that she no longer needs treatment for breast or cervical cancer,
Obtaining health insurance that covers her treatment for breast or cervical cancer, or
Obtaining Medicare Part A, Part B, or both.
If a case closes, the will send a manual negative notice to the member if one of these changes is reported, indicating that she is no longer eligible for WWWMA. In situations 1, 3, 4, and 5 above, offer her a BadgerCare Plus / Medicaid Application, F-10182, to test eligibility for other programs.
All WWWMA cases are now processed through the CAPO. There should be no interagency transfers.
