ECF Capture Home

ECF Capture is a browser-based tool used to scan and index documents for export to the ECF. All scanned, faxed, and imported documents must go through ECF Capture in order to be available in the Electronic Case File (ECF)a state-wide centralized electronic storage of client's case folders and documents..
