2.3 Forgotten Credentials

Use these instructions to recover a Genesys password:

1. Open the Genesys Login page.
2. Click Forgot Your Password?
   
3. Enter the email address and click Reset Password. If prompted to enter the organization name, use dhsgenesysprod. If the email address is not recognized submit a Genesys support ticket. For more information, see Section 11.2.2 Opening a Ticket. 
   
4. Check the email account for a message with instructions for resetting the password.
