15.6 Applying for Ongoing Benefits

Qualified Hospitals must assist Express Enrollment applicants with the completion of applications for ongoing health care coverage. Partners and providers are strongly encouraged to assist Express Enrollment applicants with the completion of applications for ongoing health care coverage. Staff assisting applicants with a new ACCESS application for ongoing health care coverage should select I am applying for someone else. Then select Staff or volunteer at an organization that helps people use ACCESS.
