Welcome to Wisconsin's Medicaid Eligibility Handbook. This policy handbook is intended for local county/tribal agency Income Maintenance workers who determine eligibility and issue benefits for the Wisconsin Medicaid Program. "Medicaid" applies to elderly, blind, and disabled individuals. The Medicaid Eligibility Handbook pertains to policy for these individuals. BadgerCare Plus is Wisconsin's health care program for low income Wisconsin residents seeking affordable health insurance.
