An inmate who is released from jail or prison while receiving BadgerCare Plus Prenatal Program must have their eligibility re-determined based on their new circumstances. Once released from an institution, they are no longer eligible for the BadgerCare Plus Prenatal Program.
When a BadgerCare Plus Prenatal Program member notifies the IM agency of their release from prison or jail, their BadgerCare Plus eligibility must be redetermined based on the new information.
