40.11 Confidentiality

Members applying for or receiving FPOSFamily Planning Only Services - This plan provides certain services and supplies to people who are of childbearing or reproductive age to prevent unplanned pregnancies. benefits will have all of the confidentiality protections as other BadgerCare Plus applicants, as well as the following additional confidentiality protections:

If requested, member can have written communication sent to an alternate address instead of the home address.
Minors are not referred to child support.
Eligibility information regarding minors who apply independently for FPOS is kept confidential from parents or guardians, unless the member gives clear consent for release of the information.
