4.2 Start as a Guest

To begin a guest application, select Apply for benefits from the ACCESS home page, and then select Apply as a guest on the next page that displays.

If a user has already selected Log in from the ACCESS homepage, they can also select Apply as a guest on the next screen that displays. Users can also refer to the tip box and select Explore ACCESS login options for additional information if they are unsure which login type is best for them.

Either way, the You’re about to apply for benefits as a guest page displays. It provides details to the applicant about the limitations of guest registration and mentions the ability to create an account at any time to save the application and submit later. After reviewing these details, the applicant can decide to create an account or select Continue as guest to proceed with the guest registration process.
